Abed “Abed” Yusop has left Execration to take “a short break and later pursue my career in a different working environment.” Abed originally joined Execration in February, helping the team qualify for The International 2016 after placing third in the Southeast Asia Qualifiers. At their first TI, Execration were unable to advance past the Wild Card stage, though they did knock compLexity Gaming out of the tournament. Following TI6, Execration went on to win the MPGL Southeast Asian Championship and secured an invite to The Boston Major. Unfortunately, Execration were unable to attend the Major due to visa issues and were replaced by LGD Gaming. Most recently, Execration won the ASUS ROG SEA Cup in December. Though Execration has not announced a replacement, the team has until Jan. 9, 2017 to lock in their roster for the upcoming Kiev Major.
