ASUS has announced that it will host an invitational CS:GO tournament with $25,000 in prize money. The tournament will be held as part of the 2016 Summer edition of Assembly, the biggest computer festival in Finland, which is scheduled for August 5-6 in Helsinki’s Exhibition and Convention Centre. All of the eight tournament spots will be filled through invites, with a double-elimination group stage (featuring best-of-three decider matches) leading up to the single-elimination playoffs.
LDLC White, with bodyy and DEVIL, won Assembly Winter 2016 Teams wishing to attend ASUS ROG Summer are requested to fill out a form expressing their interest. English and Finnish streams will be provided by Assembly, who are also looking for community streams in other languages. The prize distribution for the tournament is the following:
