CJ Entus have brought on Kim “caNdy” Seung-ju for the 2017 season. The organization announced the addition of the former LMS mid laner on their Facebook page Tuesday.
caNdy has been without a team since Nov. 2015, when he was suspended from competitive play for a year for taking offers from competing teams without first notifying the management of his team, Midnight Sun Esports. During his time with MSE, the team qualified for the 2015 LMS Summer Season with a 3-0 victory over Donate Me Please at the promotion tournament. They finished fourth during the season and again fourth in the playoffs. At the 2015 Season Taiwan Regional Finals, their hopes of attending Worlds were dashed when team fell 3-0 to Flash Wolves in the semifinals. During the 2015 summer season, caNdy played mostly Viktor and Cassiopeia, earning a 3.78 KDA overall and averaging 314.54 CS.
