He brings a variety of experience and professionalism,” CLG esports director Matt Nausha said in a statement. “I look forward to seeing his impact on the team.” In December, CLG announced that their previous LoL player development coach, Mike Schwartz, would be re-assigned to CLG’s CS:GO team. Rousseau comes to the organization with a colorful resume including stints as a valuations analyst at Ernst and Young and in military service. He is also a trained chemical engineer. According to the announcement, while he has spent the past week and a half working with CLG Black, Rousseau will begin stepping up his work with the LCS squad this week. “The players from the academy team and main team have been very receptive. I’ve gone through the structured plans I hope to put in place starting this week,” he said in a statement. “I want to do a lot of one-on-one work, where I go through their aspirations and goals — find out what makes them tick as a person and push that further.” [hkes_show_google_ad]
