dignitas parts way with CS:GO team

dignitas have parted ways with their CS:GO team led by Mathias “MSL” Lauridsen following a mutual decision. The Philadelphia-based organization aim to build an international team based in North America. Various iterations of Danish rosters, including leader Mathias “MSL” Lauridsen for the most part, had represented dignitas since early 2015. During their second year with the organization, the team have risen up the ranks, garnering top four finishes at DreamHack ZOWIE Open Leipzig, ESL Expo Barcelona, SL i-League StarSeries Season 2 Finals and DreamHack ZOWIE Open Bucharest, second place at Game Show GEC, and titles at the DreamHack European Minor prior to ESL One Cologne, WESG Regional Finals Europe and EPICENTER: Moscow. Their last event under the dignitas banner was the ELEAGUE Major Main Qualifier, where the Danes secured a place at the Major with a 3-1 record. Earlier today the organization, who were acquired by the Philadelphia 76ers in late September, announced they have parted ways with their CS:GO team with the aim to build a new international roster based in North America. dignitas had the following lineup: Mathias “MSL” Lauridsen Kristian “k0nfig” Wienecke Emil “Magiskb0Y” Reif René “cajunb” Borg Ruben “RUBINO” Villarroel Casper “ruggah” Due (coach)
