Yuri “Keith” Jew and Andrew “Slooshi” Pham both received a warning for account sharing in late June, according to a new tracker from Riot Games which lists any LCS penalties from what appears to be early June onwards. Specifics are not provided by the tracker, but both players were given a minimum penalty for the infraction, according to Riot’s LCS Penalty Index. The index, which acts as a guideline for all LCS penalties, states that the minimum punishment for account sharing if it is a “single instance, and not done for personal gain,” is a warning. The maximum penalty for the first offense is a $2,000 fine and/or four-game suspension, while a second offense could also carry up to a $3,000 fine alongside the suspension. Though it’s not clear when the alleged account sharing took place, the limitations on the offense according the penalty index is one year. Neither Phoenix1 nor Echo Fox have released any statements on the warning. Keith played in Friday night’s match against Team EnVyUs, and Slooshi is expected to start in his match against TSM later today. [Source: TheScore]
