EnVyUs have signed Kim “
Procxin” Seyoung, Zachary “
Nien” Malhas and Benjamin “
LOD” deMunck to fill the Jungle and AD Carry roles, completing their roster for the NA LCS Summer Split after their recent acquisition of the former Team Renegades spot. Procxin has been playing for Team Impulse since January. During his time there, they barely managed to keep their LCS spot after a 5-14 regular season record forced them to play in the Summer Promotion tournament. A 3-1 win over Apex Gaming secured their spot, but after Riot’s recent competitive ruling, Impulse was forced to sell the spot. It is still unknown who has purchased the spot for the Summer Split. Procxin’s regular season KDA was 2.8, though he managed an impressive 8.2 during Promotion. LOD comes from the NA Challenger series, where he played with Ember for the past split. They came second in the regular season, but fell short of qualifying for Summer Promotion and the organization dropped most of their players. LOD’s regular season KDA was 5.5. He also spent time subbing on some LCS teams during the Spring Split, notably playing for NRG after Johnny
“Altec” Ru stepped down from the starting roster early in February. LOD also played as a sub for Echo Fox and Renegades earlier in the split. Nien previously played for Team 8 in the 2015 NA LCS Summer Split, replacing Ainslie “
Maplestreet” Wyllie on their roster. It is unclear if Nien or LOD will be nV’s starting AD carry in the Summer Split. EnVyUs’ full roster for the NA LCS Summer Split is:
- Shin “Seraph” Woo-yeong
- Kim “Procxin” Seyoung
- Noh “Ninja” Geon-woo
- Benjamin “LOD” deMunck
- Nickolas “Hakuho” Surgent
nV’s debut game in the NA LCS will be against NRG eSports on June 3.
