[hkes_show_google_ad] SK Gaming have finalized a two-player transfer deal with Immortals. João “felps” Vasconcellos will be joining SK, while Lincoln “fnx” Lau has made the move to Immortals, according to a press release. SK believes felps is “one of the rising stars of Brazil,” according to the release. Known as a strong entry fragger, he has had consistently positive results, with Immortals placing first at DreamHack Summer 2016 shortly after felps joined the team. “Needless to say, we are more than happy to welcome such a talented player to our roster,” said SK’s Managing Director Alexander Müller in the release. “Felps played a great season in 2016 and we are excited for the tournaments ahead. Signing with SK in 2015, fnx helped lead the team to two Major world championship titles. Despite his success on the roster, SK moved him to a substitute position last December. Shortly thereafter, fnx was moved to Immortals’ roster on the ESEA webpage, hinting at the transfer. “We know it’s no breaking news but the process of getting contracts negotiated and signed was quite some work,” said Müller. “We are thankful for the efforts Lincoln put into this team and wish him nothing but the best for his future.” SK Gaming’s roster is now as follows:
  • Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo
  • Fernando “fer” Alvarenga
  • Marcelo “coldzera” David
  • Epitácio “TACO” de Melo
  • Joao “felps” Vasconcellos
