[hkes_show_google_ad] Newly reformed Russian organization M19 have acquired Commonwealth of Independent States team Albus NoX Luna, they announced in a press release on Monday. ANX is the most successful CIS and Wildcard team in League history. During the 2016 World Championship, they were able to take down Counter-Logic Gaming and G2 Esports in the group stage to move on to the bracket stage. ANX ended the World Championship in 5th-8th. The CIS squad was led by support Kirill “Likkrit” Malofeyev and jungler Alexander “PvPStejos” Glazkov, with top laner Dmitry “Smurf” Ivanov, AD carry Vladislav “aMiracle” Scherbyna and mid laner Michael “Kira” Garmash rounding out the team. The roster was complimented by substitute top laner Artyom “HediN” Plutalov and 2016 WC AD carry sub Alexander “unho1y” Sevastyanov. aMiracle departed the roster in December to join Na’Vi.CIS. Soon after, unho1y left ANX to join the main roster of Russian team Vaevictis eSports. Likkrit also announced his free agency in November via Twitter.
