MVP Phoenix loses their roster

Esports Asia News
MVP Phoenix’s captain Kim “DuBu” Doo-young has left the team, according to Valve’s Major registration website. DuBu was the final member of the roster after his teammates Kim “QO” Seon-yeop and Kim “Febby” Yong-min left the team earlier today.
The breakup of the Korean team began earlier this week, when Lee “Forev” Sang-don and Pyo “MP” No-a joined Team Secret following the expiration of their contracts with MVP. The South Korean roster made 5th-6th place at The International 2016, knocking favorites OG into the Lower Bracket in the first round before getting knocked there themselves in the second by Wings Gaming, who went on to win the tournament. Though MVP were bumped out of the Lower Bracket by Fnatic, they still got to take home $934,761. DuBu has played support for the team since late 2015. Together, they came in fourth at the Shanghai Major and 5th-6th at the Manila Major. They took first place at Dota Pit League Season 4 and Pro Gamer League Summer 2016.
