Valve have shipped a new update to CS:GO, which mainly changes the accuracy recovery method for the three main rifles – M4A1-S, M4A4 and AK-47. Today’s CS:GO update sees an important gameplay change come to light, which revolves around the accuracy of the three main rifles, M4A1-S, M4A4 and AK-47. The recovery rate of the aforementioned weapons has been adjusted with hopes of helping players use tapping and bursting more effectively, as shorter firing sequences with those weapons cause the accuracy to recover more quickly. Valve adjust recovery times to allow for easier tapping and bursting At the same time, longer sprays with the M4’s and AK should be affected in the other way, in such cases it takes longer for the accuracy to recover. Valve have previously attempted to adjust the mechanics to allow for better tapping and bursting, though an unforeseen side-effect occured and the change had to be reverted towards the end of last year.
