Both Peacemaker and Hiko have been with OpTic since early February on a trial basis, with Peacemaker as the team’s coach and Hiko as the in-game leader. Peacemaker came to OpTic after a brief stint as NRG’s general CS:GO manager that immediately followed his time as Team Liquid’s head coach. Hiko left Liquid in February when OpTic traded Peter “stanislaw” Jarguz to the team. Neither Peacemaker nor Hiko have clarified if their positions with OpTic are now permanent, but noted CS:GO reporter Jarek “DeKay” Lewis tweeted earlier today that Hiko will not remain with OpTic.
