The report cites unnamed sources close to the team and players, and Giants Gaming declined to comment on it. The two positions are the last two unknowns for Giants, who have top laner Olof “Flaxxish” Medin, mid laner Na “NighT” Gun-woo and support Morgan “Hustlin” Granberg confirmed for their roster. HeaQ previously played for German organization Iguana eSports, and won ESL Meisterschaft Winter 2016 with a 2-0 win over Mysterious Monkeys. Before Iguana, HeaQ was a member of SuperMassive TNG, a Turkish organization whose TCL spot was acquired by 1907 Fenerbahçe Esports in October. Memento played for Team ROCCAT on loan from NERV in the 2016 EU LCS Summer Split, and was also a part of ROCCAT’s successful bid to retain their EU LCS spot in the 2017 EU LCS Spring Promotion tournament.
