The remaining roster of Team SoloMid intends to depart the organization and rejoin former team mate Sean Gares, according to a report by Slingshot Esports’ Jarek “DeKay” Lewis. Team SoloMid removed Gares from their roster shortly after the publication of an open letter to the Professional Esports Association (PEA) in December. According to the report, Shahzeb “ShahZaM” Khan and his teammates Hunter “SicK” Mims, Skyler “Relyks” Weaver and Russel “Twistzz” Van Dulken intend on leaving TSM in order to rejoin Gares. After TSM signed Gares and ShahZaM in December, Gares leaked personal messages between himself and TSM’s owner Andy “Reginald” Dinh via Twitter. In the messages, Reginald accused Gares of tarnishing the organization’s reputation and convincing his teammates to sign the open letter. Gares was removed from the team immediately, less than a week after he officially joined the organization. TSM intends to rebuild its CS:GO branch with a new roster, according to the report. If the members of TSM do depart the organization to join Gares, it will be up to ESL as to whether or not TSM or their former roster will keep the spot in the ESL Pro League. [hkes_show_google_ad]
