LoL: Splyce requalifies for LCS Splyce is back for the 2016 EU LCS Summer Split, after a close 3-2 win over GIANTS! Gaming. The teams traded games back and forth throughout the series. Giants were ahead for much of the final match, after securing an Ace in the Baron pit, but were unable to keep their momentum going into the endgame. Splyce came out on top after they stole a Baron from Giants, then cleaned them out in the pit. Splyce qualified for the EU LCS last season after finishing first in the 2015 EU Challenger Series Summer Playoffs as Team Dignitas EU. They finished eighth in the 2016 EU LCS Spring Split regular season, with a 5-13 record. Giants still have a shot to qualify. They’ll play against the loser of Saturday’s match between Team ROCCAT and Team Huma for the final spot in the Summer Split.
