LoL: TiP looking to sell LCS slot

Team Impulse is seeking additional investment for their esports organization, general manager Lucas Wen told Yahoo Esports on Monday. Wen also said that the owner is open to offers from those interested in outright purchasing the team.

Team Impulse currently owns a North American League of Legends team which survived the promotion tournament just this past week after defeating Team Apex (who qualified the following day.)

This is not the first time the team has been available for purchase. Last October, the company announced its intentions to sell its LCS slot, though ultimately the team continued into the 2016 Spring Split.

Team Impulse has been a mainstay in the LCS since the end of 2014, when the organization announced their rebranding from LMQ as well as the acquisition of eventual 2015 MVP Rookie, Lee “Rush” Yoonjae. Despite a relatively strong 2015, the team has not had the same success with their 2016 lineup so far.

The organization hopes to complete a transaction prior to the start of the 2016 Summer Split. Interested parties may contact the company directly via email at luyuesports (at) gmail.com.
