Dota2: TI dates announced The International 2016 main event will run from August 8-13 at Seattle’s KeyArena, Valve announced Thursday. This marks the third consecutive year that the Main Event will take place in KeyArena, and the fifth year that The International will be held in Seattle. Dates for the Group Stage of the tournament have yet to be announced. As of March 27, rosters have been locked for all teams who wish to get an invite to the Main Qualifiers for TI6. Any team that changes its roster before the qualifiers will have to compete in the Open Qualifiers for the event.
