CIS giant Virtus.pro have completed their League of Legends roster with the addition of top laner Rafael “Doxy” Adl Zarabi and jungler Ilya “Kreox” Grom, according to a Facebook post Thursday. The two players will join mid laner Ivan “Paranoia” Tipukhov, AD carry Daniel “Blasting” Kudrin and support player Alexander “SaNTas” Lifashin, who were signed Nov. 15. At the time, the team also picked up Doxy and Jonatan “SezzeR” Villebro as a temporary subs, who competed with them at the 2016 LCL Open Cup on Nov. 20-27. At the event, VP topped their group over Vaevictis esports and Krutyie bobryi and advanced to the semifinals against Vega Squadron. They lost the series 2-0 to finish the tournament in 3rd-4th place. The team will announce which events they will compete in at a later date, but it’s likely they have their eyes set on the 2017 LoL Continental League (LCL) Summer Promotion. The start date for the 2017 LCL Spring season has yet to be announced.
