VSL Studio has announced that it will host its own gaming league for South Korean teams, with over $6,000 up for grabs. Scheduled to run from July 3 to August 25, the tournament, called the VSL CS:GO Korea Beginning League, is the biggest of its kind in the country in recent years and will provide Korean teams with the chance to improve their level by competing on a regular basis. Matches will be played inside VSL Studio’s headquarters, in Seoul, on Thursdays and Sundays, with viewers being able to follow all the action live on Twitch.
The league will kick off on July 3 The tournament will begin with a round robin group stage, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the single-elimination playoffs. Below you can find the group draw in full:

The announcement of the Korean league comes on the same day as MVP announced the creation of a second team featuring former members of WeMade FOX and Project_kr. The team, called MVP PK, will not be taking part in the inaugural edition of the VSL League, but they are expected to do so in future iterations.
